The Activity Cart

This exciting cart brings arts and craft supplies, toys, books, and lots of activities to the children and provides some welcome diversion to a very long day. Everything is given with a smile and we always get one back.

Everyone welcomes the arrival of this cart filled with over 400 movies to choose from. We lend Both DVD's and Game Boys video game players to help ease the tension of a long day.

Gamers

Our volunteers visit patient rooms with an assortment of games and playing cards. Our "game expert" will play with a child or just leave a game for later.

Mani - "cures"

For many young ladies, nothing beats a manicure to lift the spirit. Our volunteers use professional quality polish to get beautiful results.

Jewelry Making

Our volunteers take great joy in creating real jewelry with our older patinets. We use authentic supplies like glass, wood, and ceramic beads.

Origami

Everyone loves to learn to make origami figures. This program appeals to all ages an our volunteers provide age appropriate instruction and fun.

It's Magic!

Our magician makes a special visit to every child's room and brings joy and excitement to everyone's day.

Crafty Kids

Our volunteers shows the kids how to make friendship bracelets, hemp woven necklaces, knit or crocheted items not to mention the ever popular macaroni necklace. There is something for everyone!
